Cassette Tray 15 Pcs

The Cassette Tray 15 Pcs is constructed from medical-grade stainless steel with a rectangular, low-profile body housing a hinged lid secured by a front-mounted locking clasp. The tray measures approximately 8.25″ L × 7.25″ W × 1.25″ H and accommodates up to 15 dental or surgical instruments simultaneously. Both the lid and base feature a slotted Perforated Instrument Tray design, allowing unrestricted steam penetration across all instrument surfaces during autoclaving. Four blue silicone rails are positioned across the base interior, with one additional rail on the lid interior.

The Sterilization Cassette Tray configuration includes detachable silicone rails that grip instruments firmly, preventing movement, collision, and surface damage throughout the sterilization and transport cycle. The stainless-steel body withstands repeated autoclave cycles at 134°C and remains compatible with steam sterilization, ethylene oxide, chemical vapor, and cold sterilant methods. The polished surface resists corrosion, oxidation, and staining under repeated hospital-grade decontamination. The front-latch closure maintains a locked position from autoclaving through to point-of-use delivery.

Dental surgeons, oral surgeons, and periodontists rely on the Dental Instrument Cassette during surgical extractions, periodontal flap procedures, and implant placement surgeries. The clinician loads instruments; scalers, explorers, forceps, curettes, and elevators into the silicone rails before sterilization. The sealed tray travels from autoclave to chairside without breaking the sterile field, and instruments are accessed directly from the open tray during the procedure, reducing handling time and contamination risk.

When it comes to instrument management products that operating teams can genuinely count on, Leader Surgical brings something straightforward to the table, consistent build quality, material integrity, and attention to clinical workflow that makes every tray a dependable part of infection control, not just a storage accessory.

Can I sterilize these trays in any autoclave?
Yes, most 15-piece dental cassettes are made from high-grade stainless steel or medical thermoplastics designed specifically to withstand the high heat and pressure of standard steam autoclaves.
