The Beebee 12 cm Saw Edge (Straight) measures 12 cm in total length and carries short, stout straight blades running in full axial alignment with both tips rounded to a blunt finish, a blunt/blunt tip configuration that adds a tissue-safety margin when trimming crown margins close to the gingival border. One blade runs a saw-toothed serrated edge while the opposing blade stays smooth, gripping crown and band material during each cutting stroke. The frame is built from medical-grade stainless steel with tungsten carbide inserts and gold-colored finger rings identifying it as TC-fitted on the dental tray. The instrument is fully autoclavable.
The straight blade path drives cutting force directly along the axial plane of the crown without deflecting the tip toward adjacent soft tissue.
