All in One Sinus Curette

The All-in-One Sinus Curette is a double-ended surgical-grade stainless steel sinus membrane curette with gold Titanium Nitride coated working tips on both ends. One end carries a shallow-angle concave blade for accessible anterior and inferior sinus floor zones, while the opposing end features a deeper-curve concave blade for posterior and lateral wall access. The two distinct angulations on a single instrument allow the surgeon to address multiple sinus cavity zones without setting the instrument down to select another. The full-length ringed knurled handle provides steady grip control.

The gold TiN coating on both working blades significantly increases tip surface hardness, extending blade sharpness across repeated procedures and reducing friction against the Schneiderian membrane during elevation strokes. The universal sinus lift curette gold coating also provides clear visual contrast against sinus tissue, improving tip orientation awareness inside the cavity. Both ends tolerate repeated steam autoclave sterilization at 134°C without coating separation, blade deformation, or dimensional change over extended clinical service.

Oral and maxillofacial surgeons and implantologists use this single instrument sinus membrane elevator during lateral window maxillary sinus floor augmentation. The shallow-angle end initiates membrane separation from the accessible inferior sinus floor immediately after the bony window is created. Without exchanging instruments, the surgeon rotates to the deeper-angle end to extend elevation along the posterior sinus wall, completing the membrane reflection in a single continuous procedural sequence before bone graft material is introduced.

Leader Surgical built this instrument for surgeons who value clinical efficiency without sacrificing the angle-specific control that sinus elevation demands, both ends purpose-built, both gold-coated, one instrument.

What makes this curette “all-in-one”?
Standard sinus lift procedures often require a series of different instruments (elevators, separators, and packers) to safely lift the membrane. The All-in-One Sinus Curette features a uniquely engineered multiple curved tip that allows a surgeon to reach and separate all parts of the sinus membrane from a single lateral approach without switching tools.
